Current- Contribute to managing end-to-end implementation project life cycle, driving optimization of operating models- Capture project health metrics, maintaining a central repository for all projects and project information that provide insights into processes and frameworks that work - Have managed projects executed in cross-cultural environments with cross-functional teams at different locations- Ensure SOP adherence, time-logging, effectively making use/ driving adoption of Project Management tools and methodologies- Protracted and dedicated Implementing and supporting (HR & payroll) to all 14 entities- Closing and finalizing all open points during finalizing of requirement and development document- Review/prepare Project Plans for implementation projects and monitor resource allocation- Bug fixing and customization related Patch Testing before production deployment- Support on API and Integration work coordinating with key users and technical team- Diligently tracked and followed up on open points in the HR and Payroll product and ensured the solution is in place to be tracked to the closure- Stakeholder Reporting - Preparing status reports, highlighting risks to the project timelines, proactively escalating potential red flags, and recommending mitigation solutions - Worked with Multiple Team member and various users in different entitles and established a Healthy professional relation with all team members
