• Monitoring of day to day Preventive, Predictive & Break down Maintenance of electrical, utility and plant equipment’s.• Preparation of PM schedule, Work instruction as per QMS standard and ensure the timely execution and documentation. • Monitoring of assigned project activities, preparation of GANT chart, and execution of project and cost analysis. Ensure the completion of project within the allocated budget and timeline.• Monitoring day to day PM and Breakdown notifications and ensure timely completion. Capturing of man hours through work order management, cost calculation and report generation on monthly basis.• Monitoring of equipment reliability and ensure no major breakdown. Performing RCA and CAPA to reduce breakdown and improve reliability.• Procurement of technical spare parts, keeping adequate inventory based on criticality and reorder level, ABC analysis to control and effective monitoring the inventory.• Provide support to the Production team to resolve any process / product related issues. • Assist the cross functional team in providing the desired level of engineering services to ensure proper functioning of all existing and upcoming plant equipment. • Preparation of SOP's and conduct audit for proper implementation.• Recording of equipment downtime and discuss with team and end users. • Preparation of technical specifications, BOM for projects. Provide Technical support to procurement team to finalize the contracts.• Maintain Engineering stores and spares and audit it on monthly basis. Ensure No NC during audit by external auditors.• Ensuring compliance to norms related to Safety standards, 5S, and HAZOP study. • Involved in expansion of site & new upcoming projects.• Preparation of Monthly MIS report, energy and water consumption report.• Initiating Kaizen’s, Near miss, Plant and process improvements.• Fulfilling of statutory/regulatory requirement of electrical system.
