With my Mechanical Engineering degree from Sri Krishna Institute of Technology, I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I apply to my role. I also have multiple certifications in Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Tableau, which enable me to create dynamic dashboards and reports that provide insights and recommendations for security management, access control, fire alarm system, business continuity, and physical security.(2) I have over four years of experience in the security operations field, having worked previously as a GSOC Analyst at Rubrik, Inc. and a SOC Analyst APAC at Red Hat. In these roles, I handled jobs globally, coordinated with various stakeholders, and sent safety advisories to keep our associates and offices safe and secure. I increased the user retention rate by 25% and reduced the false positive rate by 40% by implementing a new security alert system.
