 Experience of Port operations handling elemental sulphur,rock phosphate,sulphuric acid,phosphoric acid and liquid ammonia. Production of sulphuric acid 4400TPD,phosphoric acid 1400TPD P2O5,liquid ammonia storage 50000MT, four trains of DAP and Complex fertilisers producing1500000MT per year. Bagging and despatch of gypsum,gypsum bentonite and complex fertilizers. Overseeing production related tasks including planning & managing monthly production plans including operations of zinc plants, Effluent treatment plant, Moore cake treatment plant, Reverse osmosis plant and water conservation related activities. Setting up production targets and releasing production plans considering capacity of each line, order position, stocks, manpower and material inflow position.  Having credential of implementing 5-S, to improve the Production/Maintenance culture. Process Improvement Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity targets. Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre set production targets by identifying & upgrading various tools & equipment required for production. Reviewing existing processes & re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficacy & achieving maximum cost savings by de-bottle-necking of existing plants for higher production and minimize cost and involvement in gaseous and liquid pollution control. Debottlenecking of phosphoric acid plant and commissioning of Fluorine recovery system.

Worked as production head of 400000MT hydrometallurgical zinc plant at Chanderiya Rajasthan,India. Executed operational activities as a key player in increasing the capacity of various plants of H.Z.L from 2,00000 MT to 10,00000 MT metal production while coordinating with McKinsey & Accenture to drive various improvement initiatives Erected and commissioned: Five jumbo size zinc roasters in Hindustan Zinc. New wet gas cleaning and CANSOLV project of Ausmelt lead smelter, a unique project built for the first time in the world as Project Manager. Tail gas treatment plant and capacity enhancement of sulphuric acid, ETP and RO plant. Commissioning and stabilization of three reverse osmosis plants based on ETP water. Debottlenecking Roaster and sulphuric acid plant of Zinc Smelter Debari(Udaipur) and raising the plant capacity from 49,000MT to 85,000MT of saleable zinc metal per annum with minimum investment. Worked as commissioning In-charge of the new roaster and sulphuric acid plant at Dariba Zinc Smelter of Hindustan Zinc Ltd. Completed erection and commissioning of SO2 absorption/ desorption plant to produce 100%SO2 by absorption in CANSOLV Amine involving erection of waste heat boiler, hot gas precipitator, wet gas cleaning plant consisting of wash towers and wet gas precipitators. Visited:o Bayer’s Oil Refinery in Belgium which produces elemental Sulphur from Sulphur dioxide in its Sulphur Recovery Unito Kennecott copper smelter (Rio Tinto) and Monsanto EnviroChem Systems USA to learn world class practices in October 2010 Managed capacity enhancement and de-bottlenecking of Sulphuric acid plants to produce 25% more Sulphuric acid at three Sulphuric acid plants based on smelter gases. Gained experience of working with six unions in difficult Industrial Relations.Has experience as Chairman of Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) of union & supervised a team of 130 executives,150 workmen and 1000 contract labors
