As an Administrative-cum-HR Executive at Sai Eternal Foundation, I have been responsible for coordinating with the recruitment, HR operations, and administration teams to ensure smooth functioning of all the departments. I have gained experience in managing various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing events, scheduling appointments, and managing databases. I have also assisted the HR team in employee engagement activities, such as conducting employee surveys, organizing training programs, and coordinating with the management team to resolve employee grievances. I have also completed an NPTEL Online Certification in New Labour Codes of India, with a score of 72%, which I completed in November 2022. This certification has helped me to enhance my knowledge in the field of labour laws and regulations.Prior to my current role, I worked as an Assistant Manager at HDFC Bank, where I gained experience in retail branch banking operations and sales. I was responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations and sales processes. Additionally, I was also given the opportunity to work as a substitute Cluster Coordinator for a month, where I was responsible for guiding branch staff in day-to-day operations and sales processes.As an intern in the Human Resources Department at Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVNL), I had the opportunity to work on several projects, including conducting surveys to analyze the Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) of SJVNL employees and preparing an annual training calendar for SJVNL employees to organize their quarterly training programs. During my internship, I also learned how to use basic tools and applications of SPSS.In summary, my experience in various roles has equipped me with a diverse skill set, including administrative management, human resource management, financial management, sales, and banking operations. I am confident in my abilities to contribute to any organization and eager to take on new challenges in my career.
