At Wing, I have worked closely with the CEO, CTO, and CMO of the company to build B2B SaaS and other products by identifying key priorities, and risks and building stakeholders’ consensus to undertake strategic changes and try new experiments. At Wing, I am the Product Lead, overseeing the product roadmap of 3 products and new ventures and experiments for the company. 1. Optimized new users sign-up funnel and journey leading to an increase of 72% in direct conversion rate for leads, leading to additional 500K revenue/mo, an impact of almost 6 million $ in yearly revenue. 2. Introduced impactful features in the Wing App like the In-app screen recording and sharing tool and chrome extension which automatically captures the URL and screenshot and you can just type a message and delegate tasks to your Assistant, leading to higher engagement and less churn3. Working as PM in 12 months I managed to scale the Weekly Active users of the Wing App from 12 users to more than 300 users.4. Introduced mobile apps which helped the company improve on retention metrics significantly and upgrade feature- through which we managed to upsell $35000 to existing customers.5. Developed a Staffing tool for the internal team to channel the flow of new staffing requests and to help the team cut down the time to staff new resources for our customers helped identify weak spots in the process and improvised it and provided hiring admins with meaningful insights.5. Introduced lean and agile development practices to the engineering team and evolved the same as required to best suit the team we had in place.
