client is bharat petroleum corporation limited Job Responsibilities : • Safe start up of all the equipment in process field, lining up the product as per the sop blend lpg as per OISD • Monitoring equipment performance for malfunction health checks of operating equipment and LPG pipeline and request maintains activities as when required • Shutting down the process system during emergency or during breakdown maintance by safely routing to system • Co-ordinate with maintance department to carry out preventive, periodic and break down maintance • Involving in isolation of the flammable product by tackling the situation with necessary PPE (proximity& fire suit SCABA etc.) • Key member of combat team during emergency response mock drill EMRD • Ensure safety is being followed by employees and subcontractors • Oversee installation, maintance and disposal of substance etc. • Ensure safety compliance with sign, information posters other materials to warn • Maintain all HSE records of accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrence and provide analytical information to plant safety leads • Verification of tools and equipment to ensure availability and safe condtion • Monitoring, control &maintain FIRE HYDRANT, FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS LEAK DETECTION & FIRE SUPERSSION SYSTEM AS PER OISD 144 • Unloading of lpg tanker safety measures & norms &verification of all safety provision • ETP operation and ETP process aspect \ impact review & updation & improve green zone area • Plant EHS training, awareness activities conduct EHS training as per yearly calendar • Conduct\carry out internal plant safety audit on periodic basices • Carry out external auditor of BPCL OFFICER ISA audit, hazop jsa, electrical, risk assement audit
