Associated with WNS as Group Manager handling one of their esteemed client (Google) for IN & AUNZ market in the field of pre-sales/operationsResponsible to drive KPIs/SLAs QoQHandling a team of 3 Deputy Managers, 4 Pod Leads/SMEs and 30 agents to support Google Field Sales team

Responsible for Sales, Insights, Operations, CSAT, Employee engagement & Delivery - Digital Marketing Giant, supporting global markets !

1. Manage advertiser acquisition pre-sales program in India2. Understand and segment the Indian mid-market landscape and identify advertiser segments with above average propensity to use Google products3. As a player reach out to prospective advertisers to attract them to talk with Google's NewBusiness Sales Representatives4. Help implementation of various measure of reaching out to the market such as seminar, event and direct mails.5. Work closely with New Business Sales Representatives to maximize performance of pre-sales program and variety of initiatives with the program6. Measure the performance of the team and make a report based on the specific criteria7. Coach pre-sales team member to be a proper representative coming from Google

 Meet clients on a regular basis. Communicate with clients effectively over different media including telephone and email. Ideate based on the client’s brief on how the event can be best designed to meet the client’s objective. Design creative content for collateral including brochures, posters, danglers, EDMs, backdrops & standees etc. Be the point of contact to the client at any level in the event management process from the initial meeting to the execution of the event
