I joined Teleperformance on 27th December 2017 as a CCE. Where my key responsibilities to handle the Inbound calls and satisfy customers on their queries and concerns. I was also responsible to adhere to all my KPIs in order to keep my performance green. In July 2018, I got promoted as SME (Subject-Matter Expert). As an SME I act as the “go-to” person within the process for questions and problems within my area of expertise and to explain expertise clearly to others. I have handled 2 batches with the FAP of 90 % along with 100 % certification.Later on in October 2018, I got promoted as a Team Leader. I have handled team of 25 associates. My key responsibilities as a Team Leader was to manage, lead, develop, coach, motivate, and organize the team to efficiently and effectively achieve the organization's expectations.I was also committed to identify team goals and evaluate team progress. Along with these responsibilities as a Leader, I also focused on People management to keep my bonding strong with the team & retain them.
