=> End to End involvement in Project Transitioning, DatacenterMigration .=> Take responsibility to ensure proper execution of Incident,Problem, Change (incl. maintenance) and escalation managementwithin the Service Lines.=> Plans, controls and is responsible for the operations provision ofthe scope of service within the specied time/quality .=> Responsibility for specialist content of the technical/operationalconcept=> Plans and develops measures for increasing eciency inagreement with the SDM and is responsible for implementing theseacross all service lines along the service chain in scope=> Actively engaging with senior IT Managers and other leaders in thecustomer business to understand customer strategies, requirementsand expectations and ensures that these are met=> Develop and meet appropriate internal SLAs and KPIs => Regularreviews with SDM in respect of delivery in time, quality.=> Assures operational planning and forecasts and budgetingtogether with SDM=> Cooperation/interaction of the operational planning andforecasting with SDM=> Plans, controls and is responsible for the timely provision of theservice in the required quality .=> Responsible for the specialist content as well as thetechnical/operational concept=> Responsible for the completeness and quality of data in the assetand conguration management of the service chain (with support ofconguration team) .=> Assure/monitor RCA quality and support implementation ofresulting improvement measures.=> Responsible for asset and conguration management to identifygaps in CI data for individual components.=> Business Support – Possess detailed knowledge andunderstanding of how particular service chains support businessprocesses.
