• Redesigned a portion of the cockpit modular pedestal to prevent the fire pull handles from getting stuck.
• Added additional clearances to the HUD support structure to prevent skewing of the HUD projector during the rigging procedure.
• Learned about and assisted with G650 production via a two-week floor rotation in systems test and outside operations:
• Helped test multiple systems, including cockpit overhead panels, thrust reversers, and landing gear.
• Assisted with preflight inspections, flight control line bleeds, and engine run up procedures.

• Carried out a study on G650 wing spar deflection during manufacturing. Collected, plotted, and analyzed dial gauge deflection data in Excel.
• Investigated jack heights and position during G650 wing shoring for control surface rigging.
• Performed analyses to compare actual jack heights versus nominal heights in the CATIA models of the shored wings.
• Wrote a new document that explains how engine mounts are designed to withstand fan blade off events.
• Revised a procedural document for shoring of the G650 during aft vertical wing-to-fuselage link replacement.
• Transferred and created an index for the G650 design criteria document on the department's Dokuwiki-based knowledge base.
