Started at Bank of America as a consultant. Impressed by my work, I was invited to join the bank to run a challenging multi project Treasury program as VP. After successful completion, I was recommended to lead Mobile Banking Platform, a huge responsibility since this was the first such project in the entire nation! They needed a lead who could be the advocate for users as well as thoroughly understand the new technology to create a cutting-edge app. Led the Bank of America mobile app from concept to delivery in record time. With this success, I was sought out to lead the merger and transition of the Merrill Lynch Retail Banking technology. By the time I left BoFA, I was serving as SVP responsible for the Technology Service Delivery for Treasury, Consumer, Mobile Phone Banking, and Risk organizations. Received a rating of ‘Exceeds’ throughout my career and won six Spirit awards both from Business and Technology organizations for exceptional project work. Led large teams and had multi-million dollars Profit and Loss responsibility for multiple divisions.
