1) Development of Interior and Exterior Plastics and Rubber parts for new projects with all the suppliers which is on board. 2) Conduct TRSO (Technical review sign off) with supplier.3) Responsible for New model parts development, PPAP, FMEA, Inspection, Drawing study, Part evaluation, Vehicle development trial. 4) Responsible for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) review and approval of new parts.5) Parts evaluation & inspection, Dimensional corrections on the basis of parts evaluation in Tools & Process changes to prevent defects for Trial & Mass Production.6) Responsible Trial and Inspection of New Develop Parts.7) Applied 7QC tool for Quality Control.8) ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.9) Involve in the Primary supplier audit, System Quality Audit (QAV1, QAV2), Process Audit, Samples Events, and Evaluation Meetings.10) Responsible for Procurement and scheduling of new part till the mass production.11)Analyse the rejection due to in house & suppliers and monitor the effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions to avoid recurrence of same nature of failures.12) Visit vendor end when required and check as per our standardization and norms and complete the requirement as per part drawing, resolution customer query generated at supplier end.13) Evaluating vendors & Follow-up for Quotation, delivery schedule and terms and conditions, packing standard with them.14) Knowledge of SAP and PLM.
