-Developed mobile application to help surgeons plan optimal treatment strategy for prostate cancer patients and web-application for managing the microbial inventory of Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem-Led cloud-based automation of several university administration processes such as review of curriculum changes and student graduation process. The automation architecture was incorporated into university wide ERP system.-Graduate thesis: Built a web-based tool for visualizing the pair-wise edit-distances between gene sequences of viruses and determining nearest neighbors. This visualization tool was used by biologists and epidemiologists at LANL and other leading research institutes.
