Foreign Trainings: Coordinate and facilitate international training opportunities for employees to broaden their perspectives and competencies in the global market.Engagement of Apprentices, CA/CMA/CS Trainees, Interns: Manage the recruitment and engagement of Apprentices, Interns and Trainees (Chartered Accountants, Cost Management Accountants, and Company Secretaries) ensuring a seamless integration into the corporate environment.Inter-CPSU Coordination: Collaborate with other Central Power Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) to promote best practices and enhance HR initiatives across the power sector in sports.Outsourced Manpower Management: Strategically oversee the management of outsourced manpower to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.Employee Welfare: Advocate for employee well-being by developing and promoting welfare programs that enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance.HR Change Management: Lead change management initiatives within the HR function, ensuring effective communication and support during transitions.Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive HR operations and support business objectives.
