Job responsibilities:• House bank configuration and managing new Accounts Payable.• To maintain book of accounts of the transaction executed by client on daily basis.• Executing transaction details to book of accounts (Macro based spread sheet.)• Run checks ( Formula based Spread sheet)• Investigation for further mismatch (Risk and control).• Interaction with onshore team for special processing if any intervention is required to check details and correctly inputted in the accounting system.• Prepared account analysis and spreadsheets, including analyzing weekly aging reports and daily printing and review of vendor reports.• Rigorous screening, selection and ongoing review of accounts.• Entry and verifying trades DTC as well as FED.• Monitoring availability of securities for security lending.• To use Web Stp software to understand the correct the position of stock in Euro clear Market for Client.• Book forex for client in global transaction.• Handling the process of Asset Management and Asset Servicing.
