I worked as a system design engineer for 7 years in designing ballasts and LED drivers for major market players post which i decided to switch towards an application engineering role in the semiconductor industry.The chunk of my work was focused on lithium battery fed nanopower synchronous DC/DC converters that go into wearable applications like bluetooth headsets,smart watches and gaming consoles.I enjoy building a sense of intuition and analogies towards understanding the complex math around power electronics. Current areas of interest are: Active Clamp Flyback,Quasi-Resonant ,Resonant and PFM Architecture
