Ltd a Singapore based design house as Project Architect and was promoted to Design team and Associate of the firm. In over seven years of association with RSP 4 million square foot of Interior projects across India were designed and delivered. These included five large corporate campuses, workplaces, entertainment and hospitality projects. Specialist in Innovative designs, presentation techniques and construction detailing. Responsible for leading RSP to win SUN TV media office design competition and also leading in house PMC team through prestigious high value projects e.g. Philips Innovation Campus and Sun TV media Offices across Chennai and Bangalore. Primary responsibilities as Project design lead architect included client management, team management, innovate design concepts and sustainable design solutions to meet client’s goals, space planning layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting and color coordination. Concept presentations through 2D and 3D renderings and design drawings, responsible for the selection of materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, flooring, wall coverings artwork, signage and branding. Project budgets, preliminary cost estimates and documentation. Lead the project team through concept phase, tendering phase, solicit bids ,value engineering and integrate building services into design. Co-ordinate with base building consultants and other specialist consultants such as , AV, IT, PMC, Kitchen, lighting etc. Support the construction administration phase through site visits, weekly meetings, responding to RFI’s and review shop drawings. Communicate with PMC, vendors and contractors and ensure adherence to design concepts and construction details and support for timely completion of projects.
