1.Having over 8 year's experience in QA/QC in Bridge construction & building Construction PQC road construction & construction in Telecommunication sector with leading infrastructure companies2. Having hands on experience in handling large NH Project, or road projects.Experience in QA/QC of all Civil works which include,earth work, excavation, back filling, formation, subgrade, blanketing, ballast, WMM, BM/DBM, BC/ AC. 3.Experience in preparation of various Design Mixproportions related to bridges, and Job Mix Formulafor various bituminous layers.4.Knowledge of calibration of Batching plants, Pug mills, WMM and Hot Mix Plant. Setting up of laboratory and various tests of soil, aggregates, bitumen and construction raw materials including reinforcement steel.5.Experience in QA/ QC of construction of minor and major bridges, piling & pile testing, flexible / rigid works.6.Knowledge of Non Destructive Testing (NDT) of concrete structures. 7.Maintaining of quality records at site.8.Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Field Quality Plans (FQPs), Method Statements, Pouring Sequence, 9.Check Lists and formats for various activities, submission to Client and obtaining their approval.10.dentification of source for various raw materials and their testing.11.Capable of Identifying, analysing and resolving Non-conformances and controlling for site construction works.12.Knowledge of calibration of batching plants, setting up of Laboratory and various tests of Construction13.Experience in lab and field testing such as MDD, FDD tests for soil, core cutting , aggregate & coarse sand gradation test , AIV of aggregate , moisture content, bulking of sand , F&E of aggregate, Cube Test, Slump test etc., for concrete.
