• Procurement of various Tenders & tender Evaluations.• Preparation of Sub-Contractor packages, Scope of Works, Sub-Contractor administration, and Issuing of Subcontract for Construction activities.• Prepare procurement schedule for the project.• Asses and value contractual claims as required for contractual purposes.• Analyzing various cost/construction options to determine most cost effective alternatives.• Contractor meetings on Site in regards to the Progress of Works.• Certifying Various Invoices/Progress Payments.• Assist the Project Manager with Project requirements.
