I started my career from a Coca-Cola FOBO plant as quality executive (chemist). After six months i was promoted to microbiology dept. and worked as a microbiologist. Three months later I bacome certified microbiologist by Coca-Cola. Then I move on to Hector Beverages Pvt. Ltd. in Apr'12. There I worked as Sr. Quality Executive and performed in R&D, New Product Development, market survey, shelf life study microbiological & Chemical testing of raw material to finished goods. Then I moved to food industry (restaurant chain) in July'13. Here I do audits of all food processing area as per FSSAI guidelines. Do chemical and microbiological testings of raw material to finished goods. Apart from this I do shelf life study, RAW Material testing, food safety trainings. check personal hygiene. water testing, air sampling etc.
