Design and update job descriptions· Sourcing the potential matching candidates using various channels (e.g. job portals, social media and professional platforms, headhunting etc.· Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;· Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;· Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;· Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, and career progression· Using social media to advertise positions to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers· Market Mapping for niche skill set· Creating & maintaining internal database· Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire· Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs· Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

1. Creating daily production reports of all the machines operating in the department.2. Maintaining daily production record of the department .3.Cordinating with the Head of Department as per the job requirements.4. Supporting the Head of Department in monitoring the performance of machine operators /labour .5.Making sure the required production level is achieved on a day to day basis by cordinating with the machine operators .6.Creating performance data of every employee of the department on certain performance measurement parameters .7. Helping the labours to read and understand the particular job written on paper which needs to be carried out by each machine .8. To handle all the computer related work of the department as I was the only employee in the department who was aware of all the computer Technologies /application .7. Performing other job related tasks as and when required by the department.

1.Acting as the initial source of contact for customers of fourwheelers /cars regarding technical issues with their vehicle .2. Preparing job card for each incoming vehicle in the workshop.3.Listening to customer queries and suggestions and registering their complains.4.Taking care of all the vehicles on the floor and updating the customers about their vehicle service status.5.Making sure the vehicle is being repaired/service on time as mentioned /given on the vehicle job card 6.Taking customer feedback on regular basis through telecalling and road campaign to inform them and update them about the benefits of repairing vehicles from the authorised Tata workshops.7.To regularly check with the mechanics about the vehicle repairing /servicing status .8.To maintain and improve customer satisfaction and increasing the vehicle trafficking in the workshop .
