• Responsible for service order fulfillment of IP/Transport services in telecom service delivery team• To validate all new service orders assigned for service provisioning – ensures the end-to-end Solution to deliver the desired service to the customers successfully on time• Service Order Validation for process integrity, evaluate and ensure Design Solution as per customer requirement, coordinate with internal teams to collect all required forms and information required for seamless Order Provisioning and own the responsibility to ensure provisioning timelines are met with the customer due date and lead-time targets• Execute Service impacting and non-service impacting tasks based on system reference numbers, e.g.: Point RA, BMC Remedy CRQ• Chronic Fault Management to ensure reduction in fault rate and customer satisfaction

• Handle CEN media including every type of L2/L3 outage (Service down/service degradation and management down) – mobility & DSL• Worked on BMC Remedy tickets, outlook mails and voice calls• Troubleshoot N/W related incidents to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of network and ensure the SLA is met•CEN media has 3 types of vendor devices and I have professional level experience on all of them (Cisco, Huawei & Nokia)
