- Responsible for controls and analysis of the financial budget and performance parameters of the various South East Asia telecommunications operations of the HWL Group. - Implemented GRC automated solution for SOX compliance across 7 groups cos of the HWL Telecoms Group- Setting up financial processes and controls at newly launched subsidiaries - Part of the core poject management team responsible for SOX Compliance at group Cos. Involved in scoping, methodology, creating P&Ps, training, MIS and liasing with auditors.

- Conducted System and Management Audits involving control evaluation, system review, process improvements , revenue assurance and operations. - SOX Compliance
