Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Project Evaluation, Project Management, Public Procurement and Finance

Preparation of Consolidated Annual Procurement Plan (CAPP) and preparation of weekly/fortnightly monitoring report of CAPP. Facilitated in supervision of overall procurement activities in regards to the annual procurement plan. Participate in various meeting and draft minutes of key review meetings. Preparing and publishing IFB, EOI, LOI, LOA, NTT, Addendum. Preparing and issuing bid document, RFQ, RFP, TOR. Participating in public bid opening and recording the minutes of the bid document. Seeking clarifications, if required, from the bidders for the evaluation of their bids. Evaluating received bids and proposals with the procurement team. Investigating and drafting answers to queries from bidders. Preparing and submitting bid evaluation report as per the donors requirement. Investigating complaints received during the bidding process and handling complaints in accordance with LMD’s complaints handling procedure as applicable. Providing feedback on the response to complaints received. Monitoring and tracking contract management. Attend donor and government coordination meetings. Pipeline monitoring, forecasting and quantification of essential medicines, vaccines and other health commodities. Finalization of detailed specification of equipment provided by biomedical engineers, essential drugs and other health commodities.

Manage overall procurement, financial & administrative tasks of HELP's projects funded by Mondo Challenge Foundation and other donors. Update with line agencies.

Mangement of financial, logistics and administrative functions. Prepare periodic financial report and project financial report for line agencies and donors.

Annual Budget preparation, monitor expenditure as per budget.Credit analysis and financial report preparation. HR and logistics management.

Daily financial entries, correspondence management, inquiry handling.
