Defined and operationalized the operating Model, chargeback model, and support Model for Barclays multi-Tenant Shared Analytics platform. Also defined and managed the Open Source Analytics Framework for open-source co-existence (R and Python) with proprietary analytics software. Built large size ( >300 TB) Hadoop Data lake for the analytics users.Managed large size global teams for Barclays UK. Led the delivery of Analytics big data (Hadoop) Platform. Delivered Barclays FIRST revenue-generating analytics product for Small Business and Merchants- “Smart Business Portal” - https://www.barclays.co.uk/business-banking/manage/smartbusiness-insights. Led Large size analytics platform migration program and delivered significant cost-saving for the bank.Built Barclays first in-house open-source outbound messaging product, highly performance-tuned product for real time interaction with customers.
