Ashish has 12+ years of corporate experience working in Manufacturing and BPM industry. He has program managed multiple projects & initiatives across Manufacturing and BPM world. Ashish started his career in a project procurement role at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (Inox Group India) & handled expansion projects worth $50 Million. His responsibilities included market research of product, project feasibility study, financial readiness and end to end execution of expansion projects. After gaining substantial experience of 3.5 years, Ashish pursued his MBA from SP Jain school of Global Management Sydney in the year 2014. Post MBA he was selected at Genpact through the Campus program in the Resource Management team where he was associated in setting up the resource management function for BPM business of Genpact India. He played a pivotal role in setting up the resource forecasting process, bench governance model, supply management frameworks . In his current role at Accenture, Ashish is a Business Transformation leader for a F&A client in Agri Space. His key responsibilities involve driving Transformation initiatives in F&A space leveraging GEN AI, Automation , Process based automations etc
