Heading Entire manufacturing operations for the site.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Leading site manufacturing function for PC/Extruded/Frypack (total 6 lines) and leading 350 permanent and around 1300 Contractual employees on daily basis in 24x7 operations unit .• Delivering and making strategy to meet manufacturing KPis like Site Net efficiency and True Efficiencies.• Driving and making Manufacturing strategies along with SCM to achieve 100% on time equipment availability and benchmark the process equipment to make BIC.• Annual AOP develop for maintenance and Manufacturing function and review on spend tracking on defined frequency to ensure compliance of financial reporting. And develop a plan to optimize spend in productive manner.• Taking care of all process operation and maintenance which include fryers, slicers, ovens,conveyors,optyx,HVAC systems, Air compressors ,dryers, water treatment plant, Effluent treatment plant and packaging equipment’s. • Working as a standby site engineering manager.• Responsible to drive site Quality Agenda as per AIBI and FSSC requirement.• Responsible to drive site safety agenda in line with PepsiCo global agenda.• Production scheduling aligned volume compliance (AVC) to the market and steered material yields control.• Administered plant productivity agenda according to the strategic business plan by fortifying EHS, FSMS, internal quality & food safety requirements.• Team competency development and IR operations.• Optimization of inventory level of RM & PM.• Responsible for delivering technical efficiencies for Stocks/Inventory/Material Management (Raw material & Packaging Material), Dispatch Schedules and its compliances.• Fortified the adherence to global control procedures and performance with purpose agendas of the plant.

As a Site Engineering Lead I am responsible for : Availability of plant Equipment’s including Process and Utility as per Production Plan. 100% adhere to legal compliance to factory act/Rules and PepsiCo Global standards. Responsible for all Engineering and safety audits and supporting site Quality Audits which includes FSSAI, AIBI,ISO-14001-18001,FM global and Ensure CAPA closer for any observations and deviations as per agreed time frame.  Responsible to conduct and participate in Continuous Improvement projects and ensure all agreed actions to be complete on time. Responsible to adhere and Monitor all Maintenance matrices (KPIs) and present at global level. Share and adopt good engineering practices from with in system or external learnings. Responsible to build, track, and execute maintenance overheads (Budget) as per Annual operating plan. Built, Track and execute Power and fuel budgets as per AOP. Ensure and monitor Site resource conservation RECON numbers as per phasing and make an action plan for any variations. Responsible for capability Enhancement for direct reportee and skip level reportees includes contractors. Responsible for Skill gap mapping, action plan for improvement and tracking for team members and maintenance personals.  Responsible for Engineering Store operations and ensure all inventory items available on time and continuous improvement in Retrieval time reduction through various initiatives.  Responsible for site specific change management which includes technological as well as human Skill. Continuous improvement in safety observations and build safety culture with employees and contractors. Identify and Correct all unsafe practices and conditions with in agreed time frame. Identify Hazards in operations through Risk Assessment (HIRA) and review on yearly basis. good safety practices on work environments Like LOTO/Safety Reporting’s etc. Responsible for conduct HAZOP through SME and line leaders

 Ensure availability of plant Equipment’s as per plan. Major processes were: Boilers ,WTP,ETP,DG,Air Compressors, Ammonia and Freon ref. System in Utility.  Spray drier, VBD & MEE for processes.  Accountable for:o Work Planning, Budgeting, Reporting ,Engineering KPIs tracking .o Making Preventive maintenance schedules and tracking through CMMS.(PM calendar and adherence )o Conducting breakdown analysis so that problem recurrence chances are eliminated i.e. corrective maintenance at grass root level like RCA and WWA,,4M analysis etc. o Managing shift with around 30 workers o Liaising with external authorities like Boiler inspector, Water Board and Pollution control Board etc.
