After completing my bachelor degree I have started my career with the CII Toyota Traning centre , where I have learnt the basics of the Automobile sector.it was the training period for 3 months.(2017)Then join Tata motors Dealership at Chhindwara ,it is after sales service .works for various positions like service advisor, floor incharge,part of diagnostic team and Service claim management.Currently working as a service claim manager . taking care of all kinds of service claims which are raised through service just as FSB ,AMC , Updation and warranty claim .I am proficient in this process.proficient to use CRMDMSwell knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance process and estimation.
