• Responsible for all emails and communication from recruitment with timely response and escalation. Act as a first escalation point to clarify any policy issues with responsibility for decision-making within established frameworks.• Assist incoming international students with any information necessary.• Be the face of Trent for when potential students, agents, and recruiters visit Trent, providing customer-oriented specialist service and marketing the benefits of the university.• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and provide Trent's recruitment team with marketing material for international students. • Work at the front desk of Trent International office and assist all the needs of international students on campus and responsible for timely problem solving and escalation as required.

Volunteer, UNICEF Executive Board Annual Session 24th May – 1st July 2021• Operating Zoom platform functions such as renaming participants, muting/unmuting, lowering hands, keeping statistics of speakers, screen-sharing of PowerPoints, timekeeping, writing summaries of main issues raised at the Board.• Assisted with note taking and resolution edits during the drafting sessions. • Supported the OSEB team by attending as a note taker in UNFPA/UNDP/UNOPS/UNWOMEN executive board sessions. In addition, created daily summary reports for the UNICEF executive directors.I was recently given the opportunity to be a volunteer for the UNICEF Office of the Secretary, Executive Board (OSEB) team for the annual executive board session. Over the time I spent with the zoom team of OSEB, I was able to take notes, converse with different ambassadors, facilitate the zoom platform, handle the PPTs, assist with resolution drafting and most importantly work with an extremely dynamic team. Being a volunteer for the OSEB team reiterated my passion to work for a global organization.
