Summary Overall I have 19 years Head – Corporate Information Technology with successful implementations of ERP, Point-of-Sale Application and Business Transformation Solutions in Food & Beverages, Retails, FMCG with multiple Locations and aligning IT with Business. During my overall career, I performed the role of Head of Department, Project Leader, Internal Business Consultant, configuring Solution with consultants, handling change Management targeting IT-Business Alliance. This includes IT Projects initiation, Budgeting, association with CEO, CFO, COO, vendor co-ordination, managing Steering committee, Process study with consultants towards successful implementation and acceptance of ERP and IT Projects. Presently, working as Department Head for Citymax Hotels India Pvt. Limited (Landmark Group) role is to implement IT initiatives in co-ordination with CFO, Business Head and Group IT Head (CEO, President) for their managing IT Infrastructure, Network Operations and Projects. And An astute project leader, ensured projects are completed on time and in cost. My Last role was with Devyani International Ltd. (RJ Corp.) was Manager from February, 2005 to April, 2016. This was a Manager Role report to HOD. The company is part of Ravi Jaipuria Group (RJ Corp) and is into Food & Beverages Manufacturing and Retail having 500 Retail Stores of Pizza Hut, KFC, Costa Coffee across India, Nigeria and Nepal. Responsible for IT Management of the Company and Implemented Infor LS Retail Microsoft Navision POS Application across 250-300 Locations and Manufacturing Unit. I led the Project from initial stage for migration of software from Nav 2004 to NAV 2013 R2 for Pizzahut / KFC Outlets to understand Business Requirement Study Phase to Post implementation Optimization.
