Culture eats strategy for breakfast!!!The most impactful work that an HR Leader can deliver - is ensuring that the right culture prevails in the organization. A culture that is equipped to deliver the Vision and Mission of the Organization and is aligned to the Strategy.Culture is not a one time job, its an ongoing process. Its not about speaking jargon and talking big, and organizing offsites and workshops alone - but its about walking the talk. It starts with something as simple as setting HR Policies and Processes and can be as challenging as giving feedback to the Leadership Team, CXOs and the Board.I look forward to Embarking on a Journey of Setting, Developing and Nurturing Culture in my upcoming role.
