System Analyst
CurrentPrimary Responsibilities:Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.System Design:Architect scalable and efficient systems that meet business requirements.Create detailed design documentation including system specifications, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.Ensure the system's robustness, security, and reliability through comprehensive design principles.Requirement Gathering:Engage with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.Conduct requirements analysis to prioritize and refine the scope of projects.Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project goals.Create and maintain comprehensive requirement specifications and user stories.Project Management:Plan, execute, and oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations through effective communication.Production Support:Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure continuous availability and performance.Respond to incidents and issues promptly, performing root cause analysis and resolution.Implement and oversee best practices for system monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery.Provide technical support and training to users and internal teams as required.
