At Whirlpool, my work was to get all the vendor information accumulated and validate them and enter the information into SAP within the vendor accounts and send it to finance manager for approval, where he approves for the payment of the vendors. I got a chance to learn about the way in which the company made the payments and the methods of payments used by the company.

At NAMA Chemicals, I got an overview of the various transactions associated with the logistics function of the company, which included processing of deliveries based on approved Sales Orders, creation of Invoices, preparation of documents for submission to bank for collection, minimum knowledge on letter of credit procedures, verification of transporter invoices, quantitative reconciliations etc.
