If you could describe me in just two words, they would be persistent and proactive. These qualities are independent of whichever endeavor I pursue, and have thus helped me garner an experience of over 12 years in areas of risk, compliance, sales and accounting operations. Apart from the above, another of my key strengths is team leadership and management. For this reason alone, I have been successful in bringing together large teams by aligning their daily tasks with the strategic objectives of the organization. I possess a strong track record of building, leading and motiving teams, thus, I am good at taking initiative and leveraging relationships with key stakeholders.I have a sound background with respect to working in different geographies in India. Alongside that, I have also attained widespread experience in performing across industries. During my time at American Express, I graduated the Platinum Leadership program as a result of which I was able to enter the India Internal Acquisition market as a team leader. I was also responsible for creating the automated Performance Measurement Matrix for eight teams across my division at American Express. Due to this I was awarded the ‘Excellence’ annual award, an honor bestowed upon only 303 employees out of over 30,000. I possess industry expertise in all areas pertaining to operations, transitions and process movement, with special reference to banking and financial operations. Hence, I have also been appointed to various committees during my corporate journey, some of them being the iTool Project at Northern Trust, Low value disputes automation and Frequent disputer program and Dispute allocation automation at American Express.Lastly, I believe that none of the above would’ve been possible without the crowning jewel of my personality, i.e. the ability to learn from my mistakes and thus, overcome setbacks. I believe that endless preparation is the way to go, and strive to achieving efficiency and excellency at whichever organization I’m affiliated to.
