Backward Society Education (BASE), is an NGO which was established in January 1985 by a group of young enthusiasts to solve the problem of Kamaiya bonded labour.As a Management Intern, I worked on the Early Grade Reading Program to improve the community mobilisation strategy. As implementation of the project:• Conducted gap analysis and identified bottlenecks for the community mobilization strategy through 20+ unstructured interviews and 3 FGDs• Formulated medium & long-term sustainability plans for the Early Grade Reading Program by community engagement• The suggestions were accepted by BASE and are currently being monitored in 1 district and will be implemented in the Cohort II – 10 districts

SPJIMR Graduation Ceremony is one of the biggest events of SPJIMR. As Chief-Coordinator executed the below responsibilities:• Led a 31 member team for SPJIMR Graduation Ceremony with 2000+ footfall and ₹57 lacs budget.8 weeks from concept stage to execution.• Involved in strategic and tactical decision making, resource allocation, troubleshooting and conflict resolution• Coordinated with Faculty-Coordinator SGC on both policy and logistics matters

As a CSM my primary roles and responsibilities were to: • Increase of business of Channel Partners & Customer Engagement• Quality improvement through process study, mapping and benchmarking• Keep check & balances through Market Research and AnalysisIn my role as CSM:• Handled 7 setups across Ahmednagar, Baramati and Pune region with average monthly job card of 1900 numbers by developing a process-oriented approach• Executed PSF improvement project for three weeks by leading a cross-functional team consisting of workshop sales and service departments. • Trained 100% manpower of allotted workshops on soft skills.• Achieved 100% modernisation of set-ups worth 35 Lakhs for BS IV technology. • Led the MSW and Container project for 11 set-ups across Pune, Baramati, Ahmednagar and Satara region with revenue of around 2.52 crores YTD.

As a Graduate Trainee I had:• Undergone technical training in the Chakan Plant facility to gain a thorough understanding of the range of Engines and the functioning of the Power Train Division (PTD)• Undergone cross-functional On-Job Training in the Marketing and Service department• Executed a project on lead-time reduction of the preventive maintenance service.By the end of the GET period, I had gained experience in sales and service network management and technical troubleshooting. My analytical and communication skills improved too.

Student Council is the highest governing students' body of Students' Activities Section and is responsible for the entire Students' Activities taking place in the Institute.The Students Council is a representative structure for students, through which they can become an integral part of governance and administration for all student activities taking place in the Institute.As President of the Student Council (2014):• Actively worked to provide a link and improve communication between administration, students, and parents.• Strived to provide a forum for students to voice their opinions on relevant issues.• Worked closely with the Cultural, Technical and Sports Secretaries for the smooth functioning of the activities in the Institute as well as the conduction of Fests.• Served as Ex-Officio member of the Standing Institute Disciplinary Committee (SIDC) and worked with the administration to maintain an environment of peace and discipline.• Headed a team of 40 members for Alumni Meet, 2014 which observed a footfall of 200+ alumni. Represented Institute in supporting a strong relationship between alumni and current students.• Worked closely with the administration and brought about improvement in the areas of Mess management, the safety of girl students, infrastructure development and Clubs improvement.
