FULL AUDIT data Preparation, finalization and co-ordination with Income Tax Officials for Requirements, Closures and Compliance. 9. Develop and Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Finance/Accounts Department (Procurement, Sales, Fixed Assets, inventory, Payments/Receipts etc.) 10. Review Payroll Management including Salary Calculation, Attendance/Time Sheet, Advance etc. 11. Review Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Management, Calculation of Depreciation, Cash/Petty Cash Management 12. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and timely reporting.13. Conducted Physical Verification of inventories, Fixed Assets 14. Implement & Review Chart of Accounts Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing training and support to enhance their professional development.
