Responsible for all aspects of design, development & release activities for Power and Signal Distribution for the Large car programs (Dodge Challenger/Charger & Chrysler 300). Managing a team of wiring, systems and applications engineers to support all wiring for the cars and support the assembly plant with the launch activities.

• Manage a team of Fifteen Onsite and Offsite engineers to support design, engineering, systems, manufacturing & vehicle launches for Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Liberty and Dodge Nitro.
• Worked with Product Planning & Program Management to develop plans to implement new features, bulletins and cost saving projects.
• Interacting with Customers to resolve field & fast feedback issues.
• Implemented Material Cost Management ideas to meet cost target for Jeep Electrical Department.
• Optimize the wiring design process, to meet all the gate-lines & prepare contingency plans.
• Manage projects to reduce complexity for Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Liberty and Dodge Nitro to reduce obsolescence cost and improve the quality of vehicle development process.

• Develop & Implement new wiring harness design process.
• Designed & released wiring harnesses for Jeep Wrangler & Liberty (Harness families: Headlamp & Dash, body, Fuel-Tank, Lift-gate, Doors & Rear Fascia)
• Administration and modification of Device Transmittal Database.
• Verification and testing of existing Computer Aided Engineering Tools and their inputs.
• Using the Database to develop Principal Electrical schematics.
• Development of new and modification of existing libraries of electrical/electronic components.

On assignment at Chrysler which merged with Daimler & became DaimlerChrysler in November 1998.

• Member of RAPTR (Readiness Assessment and Planning Tool Research) team and of the Configuration Control Board. RAPTR is front-end multipurpose computers based tool for integrating cultural, strategic, user-readiness.
• Responsible for IDEF (Integrated Definition) Modeling of RAPTR using Wizdom Process Works, process mapping, database management, software testing and enhancements, documenting the project, data analysis and doing the.

• Re-designed the Student Information System (Automated Mailing and Admission system) for the School of Business.
• Completed the Testing & implementation of the system successfully, made enhancements in the system and trained the staff.
