- Administratively report to India Managing Director and functionally to Regional CFO, Asia. Direct reports include Finance and IT Team in India and Hong Kong: Leading the India Finance and IT team for India and Hong Kong. Partner with business in both countries and contribute to the business growth by getting involved in all significant pricing, deal proposals and strategic business decisions. 70% of time is spent on Business Partnership which includes pricing, providing solutions to various Business needs, proposals and contracts. Also front end clients on business matters. Win ratio improved by 50%. Improved Gross Operating Profit (GOP) by 30% in one of key business line in India by optimising Supply Chain. Leading the projects across Asia on Finance transformation, Processes Simplification and most importantly on People Aspect. As regional resource, moving across countries to support finance and business needs – recent one is Korea and Phillipines.  Overall incharge of Compliances across the country, including HR and licences.

Direct report to Asia Managing Director for the Aspire Lifestyles Business Line, responsible for all aspects of Finance and IT. Direct reports include Controllers in 8 Countries and an Asia Region FP&A team: Partner with the countries and regional leadership team to drive business growth in Asia by getting involved in all significant pricing, deal proposals and strategic business decisions. Responsible for all various business projects, commercial decision, Business reviews, Planning & reporting for 9 countries in Asia region. The Aspire Lifestyles Asia region was newly-created in Sept 2016 and my role has included significant planning and implementation of new processes, team recruitment and team development across countries. Improved Gross Operating Profit (GOP) by 20% by consolidating back end work in low cost location. Additional charge of CFO for Hong Kong country, second largest business in Asia.

- Asked to temporarily relocate to Singapore for a short-term role supporting Group-wide activity across the Aspire Lifestyles, Assistance and Medical Services businesses. Direct report to CFO for Asia. Led the Projects on Financial excellence in Asia Region and standardised the finance & business processes among countries and Global Shared Services in Kuala Lumpur. This improved productivity across countries in Asia significantly. Revamped the finance & IT function in Hong Kong and played a key role in resetting the business in country along with new leadership team in country. Spearheaded the project on Oracle EBS implementation across Asia. Lead the governance excellence for Asia by standardised the GAPP, policies and processes for all countries in Asia. This ensured strong controls & financial management in all countries in Asia..  Won consecutive Group CFO Awards for service excellence, passion and business turnaround.

• Commenced as Financial Controller for India, and then progressed into the Country CFO role in 2013. Based in Delhi and reported to Country General Manager and to Asia CFO.  Lead a team providing accounting, finance and IT support to a total workforce of 250 employees & contractors. Led a change project to restructure finance and commercial support into 4 verticals – FP&A, Accounting, Working Capital and IT  Extensive commercial involvement as a member of the local management team – involved in all pricing, contracts, commercial and profitability matters. Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, Working Capital and Cash management, Statutory and Corporate Secretarial, transfer pricing and legal issues. Led business acquisition due diligence and process integration activities post acquisition of a regional competitor. Headed the relocation project of shifting business from Delhi to Mumbai in line with business needs. Key person driving reduction of Indirect Overheads by 20% and bringing India to EBITDA positive within 18 months of becoming CFO. Met operating budget for 3 consecutive years Group CFO Award for performance in Working Capital Management and profitability improvement
