Transitioning my journey from Designer to a Design Agency Founder.

Worked as a Freelance UIUX Designer and Project Manager and coordinating with internal team and projects.Main responsibilities:- Guiding newcomers in the design industry to follow the standard processes- Creating Style guides/Design systems for the specific type of project- Defining problems to identify the potential solutions- Create userflows, wireframes, information architecture, empathy map, customer journey map, competitor analysis- Conduct user surveys, research, and all sort of user-related tasks to understand and empathize with users- Manage a small number of teams to create and task division- Used jira for the task management and planning

OVERVIEW:As a product designer at Funding Societies, I was responsible for designing the web version of the mobile app which had already been designed. The product itself falls under the Fintech industry and the company wanted to create a super app in the Fintech space. It includes multiple financial and payment features like Business cards (Debit/Credit), Payables, International Payment, Receivables, Financing, Accounts, Credit Line, and many more. The MVP version of the application was already designed so I worked with the design team to convert the mobile app to a web app version (Including all responsive sizes).DONE WORK IN MORE DETAIL:- Designed the web version of the application which was already designed for mobile (MVP was already there, I had to start from there) collaborating with the product design team.- Designed Credit Line feature collaborating with PM and the dev teams- Designed Payable feature mobile app (using native components) and web app (including all screen sizes)- Used the previous design system and contributed to adding new components and refining the existing design system which was published in the storybook by the dev team.- Contributed to revamping and improving the overall design process and file organization- Conducted UAT session and design audit- Conducted design critique sessions with product design team(weekly) and 1:1 sessions as well (With UX Designer / PM / Engineers)- Learned many new things related to the fintech industry.Though I was working mostly on the designing screens for app, I was also involved in many kick-off meetings, UAT sessions, Testing and feedback sessions, and other collaborative events with cross functional team. I enjoyed my time working with the FS team.

- Created a new version of an eCommerce website—mainly PLP, PDP, cart, and checkout flow. Also, revamped the current website, which is yet to be implemented.- Researched the existing site to improve its UX and performance based on competitive analysis for multiple pages.- Designed a new design file structure using Figma that can help designers and non-designers navigate and work on the design file.- Proposed a new design system with my design manager so it could be more structural and optimized for designers and developers.- Added the "add to cart" confirmation modal. Designed the quick shop experience for a responsive site version, an improved version of the product listing page filter, and an improved version of the search bar with more cross-selling features.- Worked on a mobile app design for a quick feature that was launched during the holiday season.- Designed a quiz flow so users could find the best gift for their kids.- Worked directly with the company's PM, developer, and product management team and proposed my approach and thoughts.

Major working area:- Work on Fin-Tech products- Understand the problem and define the problem statement on a currently up and running mobile app (Fastbanking)- Finding different areas for improvement on the ongoing project - Conduct user research to get feedback from end users - Prepare design system for accounting projectOther General Works I do here are:- Understand the requirement clearly, and think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for interactive design.- Work with Product Managers and Business Managers for identification and research to solve customer problems.- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.- Design wireframes and mock-ups, with feedback from the stakeholders and business users to develop engaging user interactions that excite and delight.- Identify customer pain points in existing workflows and designs, and work for improvements in the existing functionality.- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure finished products meets the market requirements.- Work with other UI/UX Designers and Web Designers to contribute to the Design Team activities to guide and share the knowledge.

Main UIUX Related job tasks are:- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experienceAnd including other product design tasks:- Worked on multiple projects for Design work- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.- Identify new product improvement opportunities.- Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.- Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

As per my personal interest, I like to meet new people, let them know what knowledge I have and motivate them as well.For my morning time, I take classes in BIT faculty spending 2 hours.Lecturers I usually take Web Development, Web Technology, Web Design, Software Design and Architecture, Internet Commerce Technology, E-Commerce and Programming Fundamentals.

Project instructor for Laravel Framework. Responsible to teach Laravel framework and project planning and development.

Starting in 2019, I started working as a Project Coordinator responsible for multiple projects mostly web-based related.Responsibilities such as:Requirement gathering and analysis, project planning, backlog management and refinement, backlog prioritization, issues/ticket management, sprint planning and analysis, release, daily standups, review, and other project management related tasks for multiple projects.I have used Jira for managing the project. Besides that, I have a knowledge of Trello, Basecamp, and GitLab’s builtin project management tool.I was working directly under Sr. Project Manager and company core members (CEO, CTO) and reported directly to them.
