I started this company as a joint venture with Sierra Hamilton in 2011. After 8 years of successful operations, in 2019, I successfully led the separation of the company from original investors providing a successful exit to the investors. I continue to lead Praesagus RTPO. The company provides technology and consulting services to upstream oil and gas companies worldwide. My job function involves growing the company based on high end technologies for delivering a higher multiplier.Business areas:Reservoir and Production Optimization: Lead a global line of technology and consulting business to help clients with their reservoir and production optimization needs. Delivered projects that have helped clients add substantial production and save millions of dollars in cost savings. Digital Transformation Consultancy: Help deliver Digital Oilfield strategy, technology and implementation.Manage Innovation: Lead innovation of new software technologies to help optimize the oil and gas production and reduce the Dollars per Barrel costs through integration of digital innovation, exception based surveillance and production and production system optimization

I work with various startups and NGO’s to help them grow as a structured and sustainable business. I closely work with founders of the respective organisations to identify blind spots, risk areas and opportunities. I am doing this mainly to give back.@ThatMate (a start-up focused on adolescent education ), I am helping the team with overall business and growth strategy. ThatMate helps adolescent kids interactive ways and carious tools to effectively deal with adolescence challenges for better mental health@Atomic Heroes (a start-up focused on creative content delivered through blockchain and digital space to inspire younger generation, their learning and entertainment),@Reticulo (start-up focused on Video and Sports Analytics in racquet sports driven by advanced algorithms, Machine Vision and AI). I am also working with a NGO called Sarthak Mentoring which helps students from really remote and under served areas of India to bring them life skills and world exposure. As part of that I am working with 11 highscoolers from Ladakh.
