I was given the opportunity to work as a technical assistant to assist the Group General Manager/Civil later on redesignated as Chief Engineer/General at National Capital Regional Transport Corporation who are on the verge of completing the most prestigious projects in India. My responsibilities were to manage the documents offline and online. Further, I use to manage all the meetings and give attention to all the key details.

Some of my duties were to prepare the site for the casting of the plinth and involved in the casting itself of the blast less track. I was also involved in the testing of the toe load test, USFD testing of the rail joints, rear work of rail apart from this I was also asset tag creator of priority section (ballasted track) and of a ballastless section of Nagpur metro.I use to upload the design documents of the project and the AutoCAD drawings in accordance with the NMRCL format to create the common data environment using the asset wise and project wise of Bentley software’s which would help in hot spotting of objects in the 3-D rivet model of Nagpur metro.

It was a great place to understand the practical application of various civil engineering topics by getting involved in the various site and lab experiments. The main focus was on the Laboratory investigations in the sphere of Soil Mechanics, Concrete Technology & Concrete Diagnostic. we were also being introduced to the technology of geosynthetic material.

I worked under different site condition such as in casting yard, elevated track, casting of the well foundation, pre-stressing, testing of materials in the lab which helped me to look the execution work closely and expanded my experience in different subfields of civil engineering.
