- Integrate the legacy billing and reporting systems.

- Define and track business and program key performance indicators. These are the key drivers for the unit economics used for corporate budgeting - Designed and implemented databases to track business and performance statistics. This database is now the backbone for the invoicing reports and also provides easy access to historical KPIs.- Designed and implemented a labor cost analysis system to help the company better organize its structure, track and manage project performance and costs. This analysis helped to better project hiring needs.

Implementation Manager for technical development and enhancement projects under Global Markets at Singapore

Project Manager and Technical Lead for projects with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited in Mumbai, India- Proposed a new project to map the fieldwork processes directly with billing and customer service management systems. Negotiated with the pros and cons of the project with stakeholders. The project resulted in efficient processing, reduced human errors, increased customer satisfaction and in turn higher revenues.- Identified, defined, and quantified customer segments. Clear segmentation led to well defined and tight marketing strategies including pricing and promotion.- Worked on Oracle databases, pro*C, Forms and PL/SQL. The projects above were a direct result of the thorough understanding of the system and business logic during the migration of the existing systems.

Systems analyst at MTNL, MumbaiImproved efficiencies of the Billing, Accounting and Customer Services Management systems by 55% - this was primarily by migrating the database from Oracle 7.3 to Oracle 8i and from Forms 3.0 to Forms 6. I led this project from July '02 to December '02.
