Leading S&OP, Procure to Pay and distribution processes –preparing forecasts, supply plans and coordinate with CMO’s, Distributors,3PL's and CHA’s for end to end Supply chain management

The course provides an understanding of high-level Supply chain strategy & concepts and details out the practical tools necessary to solve supply chain problems.

•Identifying and leading multiple process improvement initiatives for Operational efficiency, Cost reduction and Customer Service improvement•Leading Procurement and Supply chain operations (S&OP, warehousing and logistics) -identifying sourcing risks and develop contingency plans, leading negotiations, and vendor relationship•P&L Responsibility for COGS, responsible for cost, inventory management and production planning•Conduct Data analyses and transactions, analyzing customer requirements, reviewing purchase requisitions, ensuring process compliance, assisting in bid openings and pricing decisions

- Responsible for Logistics metrics around Order Management, Delivery Compliance, Stock availability, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Inventory Management, depot hygiene, and Safety within the allocated budget - P&L responsibility for Rentals, Service provider Contracts, Transportation Cost and Capital investment- Carried out various service improvement and cost reduction initiatives unique to the various geographies, and meeting customer expectations

-Management of transportation and warehousing contracts for 3 plants and 5 contractual manufacturing sites to 60 warehouses with end-to-end ownership of monitoring service level KPI’s and Safety compliances.-Implemented service improvement initiatives such as Depot Productivity Scorecards and Profit Linked Incentive Plans and ensuring that all the Warehouses are HSES (Health Safety Environment and Security) Compliant

-Conducted Requirement Analysis, Vendor Mapping, Comparative Analysis, Vendor Negotiations, Material Ordering and Logistics Management in line with the Purchase process for the Pulp-division-Managed a team of 5 Direct subordinates for Purchase and Stores activities-Involved with the Stores and Inventory Management for Purchased Materials-monitoring daily consumption and the issuance -Generating and analyzing MIS for better management of Purchase function through SAP- MM module
