As the Senior Placement Coordinator at MES’s Ness Wadia College of Commerce, I lead a team of 15 Junior Placement Coordinators. My responsibilities include training them, resolving queries, fostering their personal growth, and devising development strategies for both regular college students and junior placement coordinators. This encompassed liaising with 50+ esteemed companies, including TCS, Eaton, Citibank, PwC, Bajaj FinServ, Zomato, and many more, to facilitate their involvement in our programs. I meticulously handled the budgeting and accounting of the placement cell. Handled & organized over 10+ workshops, placement talks, and diverse events, ensuring smooth operations. Inviting companies to our campus for placements and internships was another key responsibility, resulting in the onboarding of 15+ new companies. Moreover, I spearheaded the creation of engaging social media content across all platforms, leading to an impressive 80% increase in Instagram followers and a 58% rise in LinkedIn engagement. My dedication to fostering fruitful industry-academic partnerships and enhancing the overall placement experience has been instrumental in elevating the success of our institution. I conducted more than 10 mock interviews and group discussion sessions, helping students get ready for real interviews and improve their communication skills. During the year-end, along with the entire team, I organized a great farewell party for the 2023–24 batch of the English association, ensuring everyone felt special as they departed and fostering a stronger bond within the association. On the same day, I was promoted from member to event coordinator. I handled logistical tasks such as booking halls, arranging guest talks, and planning the event, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedule, enhancing the educational experience and enjoyment for all participants.

I have been a member of the English Association for 2 years since my first year at college, meeting people from different fields. We organize games like Wadia Katta and events like Spell Bee. At An Atelier India, I conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to shape our social media strategy. I analyze various platforms to spot trends and audience preferences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with marketing goals. I keep updated with the latest trends and tools, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. This includes researching over 2000 influencers, brands, and stylists, tracking social media trends and engagement, coordinating with teams to align strategies, and using data-driven methods to boost organic social media presence and engagement by 20%.

During my internship at IIDE, I learned a lot about SEO optimization by doing research and analyzing data. I got better at making blogs that are easy for search engines to find and using effective advertising and marketing methods. I did lots of tasks every day to market IIDE, and I made sure they worked well. I also looked at the data closely to make IIDE perform better online. I wrote many blogs that helped more people find out about IIDE. Plus, I learned how to use Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads to advertise to the right people.

During my time as an HR intern at BZ Consultant, I focused on honing my people and HR skills. This internship gave me hands-on experience in recruiting and selection. I sourced over 40 candidates for various roles, using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as college placements. After screening resumes and conducting interviews, I selected over 15 candidates. I also assisted in coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process with the HR Executive & Founder.

I served as Campus Executive at E-Cell IIT Bombay, fostering entrepreneurial potential among global students. As an intern, I cultivated entrepreneurship skills and promoted an innovative culture. I concluded my role with a 45th rank among all executives, contributing to the organization's mission of nurturing diverse entrepreneurial talents.

As an intern, I raised awareness about mental health by analyzing surveys and encouraging self-awareness. I also helped grow our customer base, bringing in over 400 new leads in under a month, and helped build a supportive community at HappiMynd. My efforts were recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation and the Sprinter Award, and I ranked first among over 100 other interns, receiving a commendation in the form of a letter of recommendation and two awards.

During the internship I honed financial and technical stock analysis skills. I analyzed stock performance, created detailed reports, and contributed to investment decisions. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of the stock market, sharpened analytical tool usage, and prepared me for future roles in finance.
