Shishya Learning provides Math and Physics training (online and offline) for students in the age-group 15-22. We believe that educational outcomes can be dramatically improved by a curated problem-solving approach to the subject. We have multiple long-term course offerings for Maths and Physics in Bangalore. I managed IMAD (India's largest MOOC, www.imad.tech) and handled all aspects of course operations, marketing and student outcomes. In one year, IMAD achieved 210,000 student registrations from over 30,000 engineering colleges. IMAD's official Youtube channel has more than 1.53 million views, more than 7000 followers on social media and we have more than 2000 student ambassadors across the country. IMAD is NPTEL's most popular course. (Read this: https://factordaily.com/nptel-india-edtech-mooc/) My role consisted of executing an online marketing campaign and formulating a multi-channel digital growth strategy for the course. The role also involved end-to-end course operations and managing student expectations and outcomes. This meant on-boarding, student query resolution, content testing and post-course certification. I managed External partnerships for IMAD with organizations (Sheroes, Anita Borg Institute), institutions (IIIT-Hyd, Christ University) and cloud provides (DigitalOcean, Microsoft Azure). In order to improve post-course student outcomes, we also launched the Hasura Product Development Fellowships for top students from IMAD. With over 1000+ successful fellows, HPDF has already had a tremendous impact for students in the last 6 months.

I was managing a team of 20+ engineers to execute and deliver 7 client software projects (both web/mobile apps). The role was primarily Project Management and Consulting through all stages of project delivery - from requirements analysis and contract definition, design and development through deployment, testing and launch. The role also involved managing a team of young engineers, recruitment and training.

Supply Chain Internship. My project was a Distribution project which aimed at reducing out-bound distribution costs for Nestle India. It involved a current value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies and cost drivers, identification of appropriate metrics for influencing costs, increasing distribution efficiency at a micro level (volumetric and weight utilization), overhauling the load planning process, recommending freight structures and eventually running a pilot of the new model at one of the Nestle Distribution Centers.

Worked as a Class Teacher for Grade 3 kids in an underprivileged school in Seelampur, New Delhi.

Designing assignments, providing course support for students in Operating Systems and Principles of Communications courses over two semesters. I was awarded the "Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award" in 2012 by the Computer Science Department for my efforts.
