SDWAN-DIA:* Implemented SDWAN technology in Cisco’s next generation firewall.* This gives an option for customers to send the traffic directly through the internet or through their own VPN cloud depending upon the configuration. The traffic classification is done through first packet detection. * Added the capability to classify cloud-based network-services based on domain name or subnet of the network-service.* Added the ability to detect the network-services using dns snooping and domain IP caching.

Native Security Zone:* Implemented a methodology to give the ability to customers to create a logical group of interfaces.* Customers can use the logical group to create and apply policies to the firewall.* Worked on designing and implementing an algorithm to break down multiple logical groups to mutually exclusive logical group.* The break down helps in a faster lookup of policies during packet processing. GPRS Tunnelling Protocol(GTP): *Implemented GTP message filtering feature in the Cisco firewall. *Added flexibility to filter/block the incoming packets depending on the MSISDN of the customer.*Added the ability to give granular control over their mobile network and to filter based on specific information elements(IEs) in GTP messages.

• Deployed a PHPIPAM Web Server using php and mysql databasefor better usage and allocation of IP address.• Automated test cases to verify Do_Not_Decrypt feature of the FTD by generating traffic using SSLserver and client.• Implemented automation script to deploy FTD(Firepower Threat Defense) on 2 SSPs(System Security Services) namely ASA5555 and FPR4120.

• Optimization of GSM,WCDMA and CDMA swap cluster and maintaining the KPI(Key Performance Indicator)s above the required benchmark as per the customer requirement.• Assisting in drive for 2G and 3G cluster in order to improve the required plot to the expectation of the customer( RSCP,Ec/No, Voice Call Drop,SHO,IRAT,UL and DL throughput).• Improving the KPIs for the technology(2G and 3G) as per the required baseline by parameter optimisation and field optimisation.• Finding out the real cause of the issue from the Ericsson reports for the 3G-WMRR report,WNCS reports drop rate counter, PS drop rate counters, IRAT counters, C.E congestion counters, Adm countroller counters.• Parameter audit of CDMA network-performance analysis and optimization of CDMA RAN networks.
