1. Reporting to Managing director and other stake holders as required on all elements and facets of managing the design process.2. Overseeing and guiding consultants design progress activities. Monitoring and verification of design progress and submittals at all design phases. 3. Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting stakeholders needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.4. Preparation of the tender strategy; identification of qualified consultants, contractors and vendors; preparation and issue of RFP’s and the evaluation of proposals.5. Manage program of projects and projects team within a region to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.6. Participate in or oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders Interact with governmental branches and regulatory agencies as required to ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.7. Organize/manage design review meetings, workshops and reports during design phases.8. Preparation of monthly progress reports and minutes of meeting.9. Verification of invoices and assessment of variations and claims.10. Project cost monitoring.11. Attend and support permitting meeting with authorities as and when required.12. Attend site RFIs and coordinate with the design team, as and when required.13. Monitoring, reviewing and managing the performance of all consultants and 3rd parties providing services using contract deliverables, schedules and budgets.

1. Analyzing project requirements and reviewing all project proposals wherein mapping material, manpower, and also ensuring cost-effective executions as per schedule.2. Monitoring daily site activities and measuring project performance to identify areas of improvement including defining project scope and objectives.3. Coordination with internal team including designers & production team including sub-contractors for flawless site execution.4. Managing relationship with clients and various stakeholders.5. Establishing and maintaining relationship with existing and new vendors/ sub-contractors.6. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.7. Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan.8. Liaising with client and consultant for the material and shop drawing approvals. And also, to ensure all materials are as per the approved specification from client/consultant.9. Detailed quantity calculation for BOQ/tender and preparation of quotation for tender.10. During installation resolve conflicts between different services and to get approvals from the consultant/client prior to the installation in order to avoid any discrepancies.11. Active involvement in the weekly project meeting with client/consultant to resolve site-related issues.
