• Functional Areas - L2C (Order Management), T2R (Service Assurance), Visibility, Account Management, Assignment Management& MIS requirements.• Data Reporting - Worked on MIS User Stories, which involves the preparation of DB Views, from these views external components fetch the data for the further e2e Business processing.• Data Reporting - Worked on BIP interface, which involves the complex SQLs embedded in the procedure, which collates the multiple data extracts from the number of SQLs in it, and this data, which is sent as a flat file to external reporting system.• Worked on POCs & designing for the critical issues for BIP data flow.• Visibility - Developed the Siebel Access Control mechanisms using OOB features, to set the Data Access as per the Requirements by setting the positions & different access control mechanisms.• Configuration, Scripting & WF - Configured New Views, Applets, Pick lists, Signals, Workflows, Business Services, BC, BO, Screens, Workflow Policies & Symbolic Strings. Also customize the objects by writing e-script (as & when applicable).• EAI – Developed new inbound/outbound interfaces/modify existing interfaces by developing new/modifying the Integration Objects & Components, Webservices, EAI Value Maps, EAI WFs (to trigger interface calls), Error Handling and build local simulator to test the EAI development.• Prepared the technical & test Logs used by solution designers to review the technical implementation.• Involved in Low Level Design & Production/VVT support• Involved in troubleshooting of Server Crashes (SIG Crashes) and Performance Issues & Enhancements.• Involved in upgrade from Siebel 7.7 to 8.1 for OpenReach Siebel.
