1. On site practical knowledge of the building process, dealing with sub-contractors, clients and issues on site. 2. Prepare schedule/program in coordination with the client. Raising progress claim & raising variations from scope if any.3. Provide necessary documentation for required approvals for the work to commence e.g., Construction Program, ITPs, TMP, etc.4. Create SWMS, ITPs for the respective projects.5. Procuring material, resources, labor, & subcontracting if needed. Handling budget and projecting cash flow to the accounts team.6. Quality assurance for major construction activities like Piling, Core drill, Bridge beam placement, large concrete pours.7. Managing project scope, raising variation where applicable. Sub-contractor Management, making sure all the involved trades i.e., piling, FRP, formwork work in unison.8. Arranging and attending client, sub-contractor, & internal meetings to discuss the project risks, scheduling windows of work and budget & cashflow respectively9. Mobilizing on site, conducting pre starts, toolbox meetings, etc., making sure all the safety requirements are followed.10. Handling logistics on the Nagambie Boardwalk project, making sure efficient and timely delivery of Members.
